    1. Motion to approve revisions to Board Policy 4020 – Drug & Alcohol Free Workplace in first reading.
    2. Motion to approve revisions to Board Policy 3540 - Transportation in first reading.
    3. Motion to approve revisions to Board Policy 5131.3 - Bus Conduct in first reading.

        a. Motion to approve the purchase of Uninteruptible Power Supply (UPS) equipment from Provantage LLC at a cost of $29,500.
        b. Motion to approve a service agreement with Alaska Pest Management in the amount of $40,125 for disinfecting services for the 2020-2021  school year.
        c. Motion to approve the sale of maintenance department equipment.
