8. CONSENT CALENDAR - Matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion and one vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items. If a Board member requests discussion, that item will be removed from the Consent Calendar and will be considered under Unfinished Business.
   1. Motion to approve the special meeting minutes of January 31, 2022.
   2. Motion to approve the regular meeting minutes of February 9, 2022.

    1. Motion to approve a contract with Michael Robbins as Superintendent of Schools.
    2. Motion to approve a sabbatical leave for Peter Stanton.
    3. Motion to amend the COVID risk mitigation plan.

11. EXECUTIVE SESSION - Regarding labor negotiations with the Technology Staff Labor Organization (TSLO), a matter the immediate knowledge of which would clearly have an adverse effect upon the finances of the school district as provided for by Board Bylaw 9321 and AS 44.62.310.

12. OPPORTUNITY FOR ACTION regarding the negotiations with the Technology Staff Labor Organization.
    
    
13. EXECUTIVE SESSION - To review findings of the investigation of February 5, 2022, a matter which by law, municipal charter, or ordinance is required to be confidential; and a matter involving consideration of government records that by law are not subject to public disclosure.
