POLICY MANUAL
The Superintendent or designee shall maintain a current policy manual on-line and available from the District website.
The online manual shall serve as the official Ketchikan Gateway Borough School District policy manual as the Board ratifies updates.
Ratified changes in the policy manual shall be posted in ten working days from the revision date.
An update revision index shall be kept as a link on the webpage to establish revision standings. The index shall indicate an annual review and ongoing updates of the manual to confirm the website is current.
General notification of how to access the site shall be provided to traditional information distribution processes such as the newspaper.
Hard copies of the manual may be purchased from the District Office.
