SICK LEAVE

Sick leave shall accrue at a rate as per collective bargaining agreement. Employees not covered by a collective bargaining agreement who are eligible for sick leave shall accumulate one day per month.  The Superintendent or Superintendent’s designee shall provide guidelines for legitimate use of sick leave.
