TRANSPORTATION:  EMERGENCY AND SAFETY PROCEDURES

The School Board places a high priority on student safety and believes that student instruction in safe riding practices and emergency procedures appropriate for the type of conveyance, territory, and weather conditions, may lessen the risk of serious injury.  The Superintendent or designee shall inform parents/guardians of district safety precautions and encourage their support and participation as appropriate.
