REVENUE - GRANT APPLICATION
1. Grant applications received with less than one month to prepare and submit to the grantor may be signed by the Superintendent, “pending School Board approval.”
2. Grant applications must have the following information when they are submitted to the Superintendent and, when appropriate, the School Board:
a. A one paragraph summary describing the program.
b. An understandable mission statement with goals and measurable objectives.
c. A description of any unusual or non-standard compliance requirements, if any.
d. A budget conforming to district and granting agency standards. Matching resources must be noted.
e. A list describing district resources (including personnel, supplies, equipment or facilities) that will be required to support the grant, if awarded.
f. The grant administrator.
