EVALUATION/SUPERVISION
                                        

The School Board endorses a continuous program of evaluation of all individuals employed by this district.  Unless outlined in a collective bargaining agreement, district employees will be evaluated at least once each year. An employee may be evaluated more than once annually if deemed necessary by their supervisor.

The basic objective of the evaluation program is the improvement of performance of service to the district.
