REVENUE - GRANT APPLICATION

The Superintendent, principals, administrators, and other interested parties are encouraged to seek appropriate grant funds.  Grants must improve or facilitate public school instruction, administration, programs, or other school district functions.

All grant applications must be reviewed by the Superintendent or their designee for approval before being submitted to the grantor.

 All grant applications exceeding $50,000 must be submitted to the School Board prior to their submission to the grantor agency.  If the grant application form is received and is due back to the grantor before it can be reasonably submitted to the School Board, the Superintendent or their designee may sign the grant with the words, "pending Board approval."

The Superintendent or their designee shall be the authorized representative or administrator on all grant applications.
