ROLES AND DUTIES OF EMPLOYEES

Authority of School Bus Drivers

All bus drivers and the administrative unit of the bus drivers will collect transportation agreements from students (see Exhibit 5131.3.)
a. Students who have not submitted a completed transportation agreement within 10 days of starting service may be denied transportation services.
b. The contracted transportation administration will contact families to the best of its ability, prior to the end of the ten-day period and denial of service.
c.  School bus drivers must take safety concerns into account prior to denying transportation to a student.
