  1. BOARD DISCUSSION - Regarding the process for selecting and appointing an interim superintendent of schools - may include an informal work session followed by motions arising from the discussion.

  2. ACTION regarding contracting with the Association of Alaska School Boards for a superintendent search.

  3. ACTION to accept the resignation of Sonya Skan from the Board of Education effective immediately and declare her seat vacant.
