* *A Work Session from 4:30 to 5:45 p.m. for discussion on the Draft FY '21 Budget precedes the regular meeting. 

Board Members and staff will attend via a videoconference platform.

    1. Motion to approve the FY ’21 Draft Operating Budget in first reading.
  1. CONSENT CALENDAR - Matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion and one vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items. If a Board member requests discussion, that item will be removed from the Consent Calendar and will be considered under Unfinished Business.
          a. Motion to approve the regular meeting minutes of March 25, 2020.
          b. Motion to approve a teaching contract with Robin Hartman for the 2020-2021 school year.
          c. Motion to approve an administrative contract with Marian Gonzales for the 2020-2021 school year.
