   2. CITIZEN REMARKS - Individual remarks will be limited to 5 minutes maximum.
       
   3. EXECUTIVE SESSION regarding the finalists for the superintendent position, a subject that tends to prejudice the reputation and character of any person; and also a matter, the immediate knowledge of which would clearly have an adverse effect upon the finances of the school district.
      
      
   4. ACTION regarding selection of the permanent superintendent.
      
      
   5. OTHER POSSIBLE ACTION regarding negotiation of the superintendent contract.
